Masmedos Prekyba is organizing international amber and jewellery exhibition AMBER TRIP 2004, which will take place from Feb. 28th to Mar. 2nd, 2004 in Vilnius, Lithuania. The key purposes of this exhibition are to promote the Lithuanian amber jewellery business, and to develop international co-operation and interest in the unique Lithuanian traditions of amber processing. We expect the four-days exhibition to attract about 25 000 visitors from Lithuania and about 10 000 from abroad. When selecting the date for the exhibition, the organizers took into consideration the AMBERIF international amber exhibition in Gdansk, Poland, starting on Mar. 4th. Thus, the market will not be divided and the new exhibition will integrate well into the global schedule of jewellery exhibitions. For the convenience of exhibition participants, the organizers have arranged a charter flight to the exhibition in Gdansk.

AMBER TRIP 2004 is for people interested in the amber world: those engaged in the fields of jewellery making, as welll as amber extraction processing and trade. This exhibition should be of interest to professionals and amateurs, people with long-standing experience and beginners. Seminars will be held during the exhibition; contests and auctions will also take place. Furthermore, the most famous jewellery experts and raw material merchants from Europe, Asia, Northern and South America have been invited.
