To ensure that Buyers and Sellers fulfill their business agreements we provide ESCROW services to our customers.

Instead of making a direct payment to the Seller before the goods arrive, Buyers can deposit the payment with Amber-Market.com and we forward the payment to the Supplier after the Buyer receives and approves the goods. In such situations Amber-Market.com acts as a secure third party to protect the Buyer and Seller.

How does it work?

1.       Buyer and Seller Agree to Terms
Both parties agree to terms of the transaction, which includes a description of the merchandise, sale price, number of days for the Buyer's inspection, and any shipping information.

2.       Buyer Deposits the Payment with Amber-Market.com
The Buyer submits a payment, selecting check, money order, wire transfer, or credit card online through PayPal. Amber-Market.com verifies the payment.

3.       Seller Ships Merchandise
Upon payment verification, the Seller is authorized to ship merchandise and submit tracking information. Amber-Market.com verifies that the Buyer receives the shipment.

4.       Buyer Accepts the Merchandise
The Buyer has a set number of days for an inspection and the option to accept or reject the merchandise.

5.       Amber-Market.com Pays the Seller
Once the Buyer confirms receiving the goods in good condition Amber-Market.com transfers the pament to the Seller. The transaction is completed.

Debt Consolidation

Please note that neither Buyers nor Sellers can consolidate their debt. Each financial transaction must be performed independently of all other financial transaction performed by the same Buyer or Seller in any time period.

Fees

Our Escrow Service fees are very competitive. In fact, in most cases we only charge the buyer the cost of financial transactions (banking fees, or credit card fees). We do not make an extra profit on our ESCROW service.  In case of bigger orders (over US $5 000) we even cover the entire transaction cost  making this service free of any charge.
